Warranty |

Arion Manufacturing Industries, Inc. (AMI) warrants to the original
purchaser the products |
|
will be high in quality craftsmanship and material free of defects upon
shipment for a period of |
| 1
year of the purchase shipment date. |

|
Products will be repaired only at the manufacturing facilities of AMI.
Purchaser is responsible |
|
for all shipping charges related to the repair of the product. Repair is
limited to structural or |
|
functional problems and does not include scratches or other problems
associated with normal wear. |
| |
|
The warranties will not apply if it is determined by AMI that the product is
defective due to accident |
|
or because the purchaser neglected to employ due responsibility, abused,
misused, misapplied or |
|
allowed alterations or modifications to the product. |
| |
|
General Information |
|
AMI reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, remove or
substitute |
|
parts/fixtures in order to provide better quality products. |
| |
|
Payment Terms |
|
Net 30 days to established accounts. A late fee of 2% per month will be
charged on |
|
past due payment balance. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. |
| |
|
Returned Checks |
|
There is a charge of $25.00 for any check returned to AMI by the bank. |
| |
|
Shipping |
|
All products are sold fully assembled. Shipping weights are available on
request as well as |
|
estimated freight rates. Most AMI products are shipped common carrier
(trucking company such |
|
as ABF Freight or Roadway). Accessory items and table top podiums can be
shipped via parcel |
|
service (UPS or FedEx). Overseas shipments can be arranged if desired. |
|

Freight Damage |
|
It is recommended that the contents of any damaged carton/crate received be
inspected at time of receipt. |
|
It is important that any damage be noted prior to signing the Bill of
Lading. Freight carriers are liable for |
|
damages only if it is noted on the Bill of Lading. Product that has been
damaged as a result of handling |
|
in shipping will be subject to damage or concealed damage rules as stated by
the company transporting the |
|
product. Per ICC regulations, it is the responsibility of the consignee to
file a claim with the carrier |
|
immediately after finding any damage. For assistance call Customer Service. |

Sales |
|
Products are sold to the food
service industry through food service equipment dealers, |
|
exporters or importers. |
| |
|
Return Policy - Stock Items |
|
Not acceptable without prior factory
authorization. All products carry a 30 day return policy from |
|
shipment date. Returned merchandise must be
in new, undamaged condition and in original shipping |
|
carton/crate. All return shipments must be
prepaid. A minimum of 20% restocking fee will be charged. |
|
